The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.3%, and the S&P 500 index rose 0.5%. Memory chip stocks broadly rose, with Sandisk up approximately 5%, SK Hynix up approximately 4%, and Micron Tech up approximately 4%. AMD rose about 3%, following reports that Microsoft will deploy AMD's Helios rack-level solution. Most Chinese concept stocks rose, with Bilibili up approximately 3%, Baidu up approximately 3%, and Alibaba up approximately 4%.
