Palantir announces multiple major AI collaborations: partnering with Google to break down data barriers and accelerate penetration into the construction, insurance, and legal services industries

Palantir announced a partnership with Google at AIPCon to integrate its services into the Google Cloud Platform, enabling data and semantic exchange as well as interconnection of AI models. At the same time, Palantir signed a multi-million dollar agreement with construction company McCarthy to utilize its AI platform to build an interconnected operating system, accelerating penetration into the construction, insurance, and legal industries

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Palantir (PLTR.US) announced several news items at its annual AIPCon event held on Thursday, including a partnership with Google (GOOGL.US).

Palantir stated that as part of the partnership, its services will be integrated across the Google Cloud platform and will be launched on the Google Cloud Marketplace. In a statement, Palantir also mentioned that it will provide "bidirectional data integration between BigQuery and Foundry, as well as bidirectional semantic exchange between Google Knowledge Catalog and Foundry Ontology" for both new and existing customers.

Additionally, there will be deeper interconnectivity between Google's Gemini and Palantir AIP, allowing customers to connect AI models to their workflows.

Palantir's Chief Architect Akshay Krishnaswamy stated in a statement, "Our customers are unwavering in their ambitions and are very clear about the need for an overall architecture." He added, "Our collaboration with Google Cloud perfectly combines customers' years of investment in Google Knowledge Catalog, BigQuery, and cloud storage with the operational strength of Foundry and AIP, enabling them to unleash the potential of Gemini while leveraging their Ontology-based AI strategy."

Furthermore, on Thursday, Palantir signed a multi-year, multi-million dollar agreement with private construction company McCarthy Building Companies. McCarthy will utilize Palantir's AI platform to build an interconnected AI operating system across the company.

Palantir also signed a multi-year, multi-million dollar enterprise expansion agreement with GNP Seguros, Mexico's largest insurance company. GNP Seguros will use Palantir's AI platform to assist in handling claims fraud, underwriting, improving claims efficiency, and insurance coverage.
