Lenovo's super intelligent entity aims to play the "security card"

In the last week of 2025, the tech industry's calendar is almost filled with intelligent agents.

On December 30, tech giant Meta acquired the parent company of the AI intelligent agent Manus, Butterfly Effect, for billions of dollars, sparking market interest in intelligent agents.

Major domestic companies have also recently launched their own intelligent agents.

DingTalk released what it claims to be the world's first work intelligent operating system designed for AI, "Agent OS"; Alibaba's Tongyi Laboratory open-sourced a GUI intelligent agent that can be used for cross-application operations on AI phones, among other things.

Terminal manufacturers are also not to be outdone.

Recently, at the 2025 Lenovo Tianxi AI Ecosystem Partner Conference, Lenovo announced an upgrade of its Tianxi AI intelligent agent to version 3.5, further enhancing personalization, mobility, and interaction experiences.

According to Lenovo Group Vice President Abulikemu Abulimit (hereinafter referred to as "Amu"), Lenovo will continue to promote the implementation of the "Tianxi AI integrated multi-end" strategy.

Among them, "integrated" refers to Tianxi AI, which mainly includes four major modules: AUI that enables multimodal input and pure natural interaction, Tianxi Brain driven by mixed large models, an open Tianxi ecosystem, and trustworthy computing technology of "end-cloud integration."

Amu stated, "Tianxi AI is being embedded in various terminals such as Lenovo AI PCs, AI phones, AI tablets, and AIoT, bringing users a brand new super intelligent agent AI experience."

The market's attention to the progress of Tianxi AI construction is due to previous reports that Lenovo planned to collaborate with Doubao to create an AI phone, but this has not been officially confirmed.

Xinfeng noted that Chen Xuegui, General Manager of Lenovo China Tianxi AI Ecosystem Division, compared Tianxi with Doubao at this conference, highlighting Tianxi's security.

Chen Xuegui pointed out that the release of the Doubao phone in December sparked industry discussions about its calling capabilities, and its generalized cross-APP operation ability is indeed impressive. However, some designs in the current version have also sparked widespread discussion in the industry.

In contrast, in Tianxi's architectural design, its trustworthy computing platform achieves full security of computing power data from the ground up. First, Tianxi implements hardware-level encryption security patterns to achieve physical isolation of algorithms and data, preventing illegal access; second, Tianxi uses homomorphic encryption technology, allowing data to be usable but invisible, ensuring that the computation process does not leak original data; third, Tianxi employs a transparent security computing system where every operation can be verified.

Whether this "security card" can help Lenovo's AI terminal products capture more market share is currently under scrutiny
