
US stock market opens: Nasdaq 100 index rises 1%, Amazon rises over 4%

Microsoft will invest over $7.9 billion in the UAE between 2026 and 2029, with more than $5.5 billion allocated for the expansion of artificial intelligence and cloud infrastructure. Microsoft has obtained export licenses to export NVIDIA's A100, H100, and H200 GPUs to the UAE.
