According to the Zhitong Finance APP, market news indicates that Neolix, a leading company in China's unmanned delivery sector, has announced the completion of over $500 million in Pre-IPO financing and has initiated the process for an IPO in Hong Kong. In addition to several existing shareholders participating in the investment, this round of financing has attracted star investors such as Tencent and Gaocheng Capital, as well as multiple national AI funds and Middle Eastern funds.
Founded in 2018, Neolix is a manufacturer of L4-level unmanned commercial vehicles, dedicated to the application of L4-level autonomous driving in logistics scenarios. It has launched the X3, X6, and X12 models aimed at the urban distribution logistics market, primarily serving the unmanned delivery needs in logistics express, fresh food delivery, supermarket distribution, durable goods warehousing, and instant logistics, helping clients achieve over 50% cost reduction.
The company has independently developed an L4-level autonomous driving system for public road scenarios, equipped with its self-developed 4D One Model perception model to achieve a driving capability of 50 kph on motor vehicle lanes. Together with its self-developed intelligent hardware and vehicle platform, it forms a complete unmanned vehicle product, and has achieved mass production through the world's first L4-level unmanned vehicle factory.
As of December 2024, Neolix has obtained public road rights in 93 regions and cities across 11 provinces, with a cumulative delivery of over 2,400 unmanned vehicles globally, making it the largest unmanned delivery fleet in the world. The company has applied for over 1,200 patents, with its technological accumulation ranking among the top globally.
It is reported that on October 14, Neolix officially reached a strategic cooperation with K2 Group, a state-owned AI technology company in the UAE, in Dubai. The two parties will work together to accelerate the application of autonomous driving technology in the Middle East, especially in the UAE, focusing on improving logistics efficiency and creating a collaborative ecosystem for smart cities in the region.
Notably, in September of this year, Neolix held a delivery ceremony for its 10,000th vehicle in Tonglu, Zhejiang. Neolix has become the first company in the unmanned delivery industry to have a fleet size exceeding 10,000 vehicles, and with its models such as the X3 and X6, it has achieved commercial verification in over a hundred cities in China
