In terms of news, according to XPeng's official WeChat account, on September 23, 2025, XPeng announced another step in its charging infrastructure layout in the Asia-Pacific region: XPeng brand charging stations officially launched in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. This move will help XPeng further expand its global partner charging network, providing localized charging support for its main models such as G6, G9, and X9, which have 800V supercharging capabilities.
It was introduced that XPeng's charging brand—XPeng Charging will fully connect to the charging network deployed by Charge Plus, Singapore's largest charging operator, in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, with over 3,800 charging piles. This network covers Singapore's largest public charging network (with a market share of over 30%) and highway charging stations with a total mileage of 5,000 kilometers.
Through this cooperation, XPeng becomes the first Chinese new power vehicle company to access over 3,800 charging piles simultaneously in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, achieving full coverage of the north-south highway network in these three countries. This will significantly enhance XPeng's charging network coverage density in Southeast Asia, providing more convenient charging services for local XPeng car owners
