9 月 22 日，在介紹 “十四五” 時期金融業發展成就時，中國人民銀行副行長、國家外匯局局長朱鶴新在國新辦新聞發佈會上表示，“十四五” 以來，我國國際收支運行更加穩健，面對更加複雜嚴峻的外部環境，我國涉外經濟頂住壓力穩定發展，對外經貿呈現多元化格局，韌性增強。國際收支基本平衡，經常賬户順差與 GDP 之比保持在合理區間。跨境雙向投融資活躍，7 月末境外機構和個人持有境內股票、債券、存貸款超過 10 萬億元。
