U.S. housing developer concept stocks rose, interest rate-sensitive sectors climbed, and the Federal Reserve cut interest rates
The S&P Composite 1500 Homebuilding Index rose by 3%. Component stocks Dream Finders Homes increased by 6.3%, Century Communities rose by 5.6%, LGI Homes gained 5.4%, M/I Homes went up by 4.8%, and KB Home climbed by 4%
