Google Search Engine AI Mode Will Be Open to the World
Google announced on Thursday that its artificial intelligence (AI) model launched on its ubiquitous search engine will be open to the world, covering 180 countries and regions. It is reported that this AI model was initially launched in the United States and then expanded to India and the United Kingdom. Google stated that it will first provide services in English, with other language versions to be launched "soon," but no specific timeline was given. In addition, Google added that the AI model now includes a feature for sharing links. Google wrote in a blog post: "With just a click of the 'share' button, your contacts can jump to the AI model's response where you left off, ask follow-up questions, and continue exploring on their own. This will be particularly useful for tasks that require collaboration (such as travel planning or birthday party preparation). As the sender, you always have control over the shared link and can delete it at any time." Google also stated that it is adding smart agent features to the AI model, including tasks like finding restaurant reservations. Other tasks, such as local service appointments and event ticketing, will be launched later
