AMD Lisa Su: The chip cost at TSMC's US factory is a bit high

The CEO of Advanced Micro Devices, Lisa Su, stated that the cost of chips produced at TSMC's factory in Arizona, USA, is higher than those produced in Taiwan. Speaking at an AI-related event in Washington on the 23rd, Su mentioned that the cost of chips produced at TSMC's Arizona factory is 5% to 20% higher compared to those produced in Taiwan. The company expects to receive its first batch of chips from TSMC's Arizona factory by the end of this year
