Popular Chinese concept stocks Bilibili initially rose by 3.8%, WeRide, Baidu, and XPeng rose by over 3%, Yum China, NetEase, JD.com, and Li Auto rose by over 2%, Alibaba, New Oriental, Xiaomi, and Pinduoduo rose by over 1%, while Pony.ai fell by 1.2%, and Fangdd fell by 13.8%. 
Chinese concept ETFs YINN rose by 3.8%, KWEB rose by 2.3%, CQQQ rose by 2.2%, and DRAG rose by 0.5%
