Zhang Xing was born in January 1976. He obtained a bachelor's degree in securities from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in July 1997 and a master's degree in finance from Fudan University in June 2004. Mr. Zhang has obtained the Chinese legal professional qualification certificate and the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certificate.
Zhang Xing previously served as an investment researcher in the Mainland Financial Department of China Ocean Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., manager of the client department of the Shenzhen Securities Business Department of Hainan Hong Kong and Macao International Trust Investment Co., Ltd., assistant general manager and deputy director (in charge of work) of the company's risk management department, deputy general manager (in charge of work) and general manager of the company's legal compliance department, and general manager and director of the company's risk management department.
In 2008, he joined the CMS system.
