Since the beginning of this year, Mixue Group, Guming, and Bawang Chaji have successively entered the capital market. In addition to the previously listed Nayuki and Cha Bai Dao, AUNTEA JENNY has become the sixth listed tea beverage brand. Except for Bawang Chaji, which is listed on NASDAQ, the other stocks are traded in the Hong Kong stock market.
According to the prospectus, as a representative of mid-priced tea, AUNTEA JENNY is one of the top five fresh tea beverage brands in China. By the end of 2024, the total number of stores is expected to reach 9,176, with a GMV exceeding 10.7 billion yuan in 2024. The company mainly adopts a franchise business model, with 99.7% operated by franchisees, and strategically focuses on sinking markets, with 50.5% of stores located in third-tier cities and below
