According to the website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the State Council has appointed and removed national officials. Li Chenggang has been appointed as the International Trade Negotiator of the Ministry of Commerce (ministerial level) and Vice Minister; Chen Xiaodong has been appointed as the Director of the National International Development Cooperation Agency; Wang Zhizhong has been appointed as the Director of the National Immigration Administration (Exit and Entry Administration of the People's Republic of China). Chen Xiaodong has been removed from the position of Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs; Xu Ganlu has been removed from the positions of Vice Minister of Public Security and Director of the National Immigration Administration (Exit and Entry Administration of the People's Republic of China); Wang Shouwen has been removed from the positions of International Trade Negotiator of the Ministry of Commerce and Vice Minister; Luo Zhaohui has been removed from the position of Director of the National International Development Cooperation Agency
