Popular Chinese concept stocks XPeng initially rose by 11.4%, NIO rose by 6.7%, NetEase and Baidu rose over 5%, Xiaomi ADR, Bilibili, and Li Auto rose over 4%, Alibaba rose by 3.3%, Tencent ADR rose by 2.4%, Pinduoduo rose by 2.2%, while Pony.ai fell by 8.6%.
