Popular Chinese concept stocks Pony AI rose 3.5%, NetEase rose 2.9%, Baidu and Pinduoduo rose over 1%, Alibaba fell 0.4%, Tencent Holdings fell 0.5%, Li Auto fell about 1%, Xiaomi Group ADR fell 1.6%, XPeng fell about 1.8%, Nio fell 2.5%, and New Oriental fell 5.2%. 
Chinese concept ETFs DRAG rose 1.4%, YINN, KWEB, and CQQQ rose up to 0.7%
