The company plans to distribute profits for the 2024 fiscal year as follows: based on the current total share capital of 3.039 billion shares, a cash dividend of RMB 39.74 per 10 shares (including tax) will be distributed to all shareholders, with a total cash dividend amounting to approximately RMB 12.077 billion, no bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserve will be converted into share capital.
