The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index initially closed down 0.7%. 
Popular Chinese concept stocks DingDong rose 12.1%, XPeng rose 2.7%, Tencent Holdings rose 2.1%, Baidu rose 1.5%, Bilibili rose 0.8%, while Alibaba fell 0.9%. Nio, Pony.ai, Xiaomi Group ADR, and Li Auto all fell by more than 2%. 
Chinese concept ETFs CQQQ rose 2.9%, YINN rose 1.1%, and KWEB rose 0.6%
