Bitcoin futures fell over 4%, briefly approaching $84,000, as traders hedge against the risk of a drop to the $70,000 level

On Wednesday (February 26), at the New York close, the CME Bitcoin futures BTC main contract fell 4.39% compared to the New York close on Tuesday, reporting at $84,085.00. After 8:00 PM Beijing time, it broke the narrow consolidation around $88,000 and significantly declined, hitting a low of $82,185.00. The CME Ether futures DCR main contract fell 6.62% compared to Tuesday, reporting at $2,327.50, and at 04:19, it also refreshed the daily low to $2,253.50
