The Hong Kong stock market opened, with the Hang Seng Index rising 0.01% and the Tech Index falling 0.07%. Most tech stocks opened lower, with Bilibili (09626.HK) opening down over 2%, Baidu (09888.HK) and JD.com (09618.HK) both opening down over 1%
