美方對中方輸美產品加徵關税，嚴重違反世貿組織規則，性質惡劣，是典型的單邊主義和貿易保護主義做法。美方做法嚴重損害以規則為基礎的多邊貿易體制，破壞中美兩國經貿合作基礎，擾亂全球產業鏈供應鏈穩定。美方多次以單邊主義凌駕多邊主義，受到廣大世貿成員的強烈譴責。中方對美方做法堅決反對，敦促美方立即糾正錯誤做法。
