金十數據 10 月 31 日訊，據記者瞭解，除了六大商業銀行之外，其它商業銀行近期也將陸續發佈公告，明確新的個人房貸利率定價機制。商業性個人住房貸款利率實行新的定價機制以後，人民銀行將不再統一調整存量房貸利率。
