台積電漲超 1.7%，報 184.3 美元。消息面上，台積電在 2nm 製程節點上取得了重大突破，將首次引入 Gate-all-around FETs 晶體管技術。相較於當前的 N3E 工藝，N2 工藝預計將在相同功率下實現 10% 至 15% 的性能提升，或在相同頻率下將功耗降低 25% 至 30%。據悉，台積電每片 300mm 的 2nm 晶圓的價格可能超過 3 萬美元，高於之前預期的 2.5 萬美元。相比之下，目前 3nm 晶圓的價格大概在 1.85 萬至 2 萬美元，而 4/5nm 晶圓的價格在 1.5 到 1.6 萬美元之間。
