Apple customer service responds to black screen issue after upgrading to iOS 18: Engineers are working on fixing it and the update for this version has not been stopped yet

近日有網友在社交平台稱，iPadiOS18 更新之後出現黑屏死機，尤其是 M4 版 iPad Pro 升級 iPadiOS18 之後有黑屏無反應無法開機的情況。蘋果客服表示，設備升級 iOS18 後可能會出現黑屏，新版本出來總是會有各種各樣的問題，我們會將問題報告給相關的工程師進行修復，後期通過重啓或者稍微等待就可以解決。同時，客服表示，目前並沒有停止更新 iOS18。
