台積電盤前漲 1.11%，報 162.66 美元。消息面上，為了應對大芯片趨勢及 AI 負載對更多 HBM 的需求，台積電計劃將 InFO-SoW 與 SoIC 結合，形成 CoW-SoW，將存儲器或邏輯芯片堆疊在晶圓上，並預計在 2027 年開始量產。
